More than 48 hours from your appointment
Need to reschedule or cancel? No problem! Simply sign into your account, accessible on our website homepage or through links you’ve been texted, navigate to your appointment, and click ‘cancel.’
If you need help or prefer to speak to someone live, you can call us at the location you’re booked.
Within 48 Hours, or missing appointments
If you miss your appointment (‘no show’), we may collect a $50 fee from your credit card on file from time of booking.
If you are trying to reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will need to call us at the location you’re booked in order to do so. Our front desk will do our best to accommodate you and help you avoid a fee. Clients who regularly engage in late rebooking may be charged.
